Baby Star Dodekai Ramen 40g

Mayonnaise as needed

Bonito flakes as needed

Green laver as needed

Eggs 3 pcs

Cut vegetables (cabbage, shredded) 1 bag

Cut vegetables (green onion, cut into small pieces) 20g

Salad oil a tbsp
Directions
Beat the eggs in a bowl, add the cabbage and green onions, and mix well.
Crush the Dodekai Ramen into 2cm pieces.
Heat the salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat,Pour in ① and mix quickly with chopsticks. When the edges begin to harden slightly, sprinkle ② on the surface and fry,Sprinkle ② on the surface and press down lightly with a spatula. Cover and cook over very low heat for about 5 minutes. Turn over and cook for another 5 minutes.
Cut into desired size and serve. Sprinkle mayonnaise, dried bonito flakes, and aonori (green seaweed) as desired!
