Ingredients

Baby Star Dodekai Ramen 40g
-
potatoes 1 piece
-
onions ½ piece
-
green bell pepper 1 piece
-
olive oil 2 tablespoons
-
eggs 3 pieces
-
Pizza cheese 30g
-
ketchup as needed
Directions
Cut potato, onion and green pepper into 1cm cubes.
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add ① and saute for about 3 minutes.
Beat eggs in a bowl, add ② pizza cheese and mix well.
Add the remaining olive oil to the pan, heat over medium heat, pour in ③, and mix quickly with chopsticks until half-cooked. When the mixture has hardened, sprinkle the dodecai crumbs (2 cm in width) over the surface, press down lightly with a spatula, cover and cook over very low heat for about 5 minutes. Turn over and cook for another 5 minutes.
Cut into pieces as desired and serve, garnished with ketchup if desired.
