Mafugu Puffer Fish Sashimi Grade

Eat it as sashimi or hot pot. (Slice the fugu more thinly if you like.)
Fugu has a light taste, so it is recommended to eat it with ponzu instead of soy sauce.
If you want to make it into a hot pot, lightly run hot water over it like shabu-shabu.
It's even more delicious with "Momiji Oroshi (Red Chili Pepper Paste)".
