DIY Tofu Set - Banrai's double layer steaming pot uses innovative technology for even steaming and homemade tofu. Unlike conventional steamers, the "BANRAI-Nabe" pot evenly distributes heat through natural convection, cooking food from all sides. It requires minimal water as moisture is collected back in the outer pot.

  1.  The stone ware utilizes a special, heat-resistant stone that is highly durable and resistant to cracking. When heated, the surface emits far-infrared rays, which penetrate the interior of the food, resulting in a uniform cooking effect without moisture separation or tissue breakdown. Particularly in the case of grilled meat, it boasts features such as no burning, smoke, splattering oil, or odor.
  2. To determine if the stone ware has reached the appropriate temperature (150℃-180℃) after igniting the solid fuel, it is ready for cooking when water droplets sizzle and burst upon contact.

<Usage Notes> Never use gas or other fuels besides those intended for gas stoves. Using alternative fuels may cause the stone ware to become extremely hot and crack.
