Hakuba Nishiki Junmai - Usagigiku

The aim was to create a design that allows those who visit this area—or those who wish to visit—to feel the natural beauty of the Northern Alps.

This Junmai sake has a rich umami and depth characteristic of pure rice sake, with a smooth and velvety texture that spreads across the palate. A subtle yet refined sweetness can be sensed, while a well-balanced acidity complements the robust rice flavour. The aftertaste is clean and crisp. It’s an approachable yet profound sake, perfect for everyday meals.
